Costa Rica Quintas (CRQ) is member from the Costa Rica Land Capital Partners group (CRLCP), is a United States limited liability company, domiciled in the State of Florida, operating in both the United States and Costa Rica. Located in Spring Hill, Florida and San Carlos, Costa Rica, we are able to provide specialized services to facilitate the selling of our properties and other resources of information to expedite the real estate interests of our clients in our projects.

Our Mission
Costa Rica Quintas is dedicated to providing extraordinary properties to Costa Rica residents and foreigners who seek lands or quintas that are beautiful and fill out their needs, abundant with the natural resources typical of Costa Rica.

Our Projects
All the projects in our firm are properties that were virgin to the real estate market and exclusive to Costa Rica Land Capital Partners, LLC. And, all of the properties offered through CRQ is controlled and/or owned by CRLCP. We do not accept listings or advertise property that we do not own or control.

Our main goal today is develop these properties in Condominium of Quintas, and sell them in a lower and accessible price for Costa Rica residents, 100% ecological and with all the luxury from the fines and exclusive condominiums in Costa Rica.
